My Journey
I fell in love with photography back in high school when I became obsessed with collecting vintage film cameras and documenting everyday moments. What started as a creative hobby slowly turned into something I couldn’t ignore. In late 2022, I bought my first digital camera and began pouring my heart and soul into learning, creating, and telling stories through my lens.
After years in a corporate job that left me feeling unfulfilled and longing to express my creativity, I took a leap of faith and jumped into pursuing photography full time — and I’ve never looked back. In just over three years of business, I’ve had the honor of capturing 50+ weddings and 70+ sessions, and somehow, I fall more in love with this job at every single one.
Why Weddings?
Two simple reasons: I am deeply in love with love, and I am a people person at my core. I love having the honor of witnessing two people commit to spending the rest of their lives together, and nothing fulfills me more than helping my couples feel calm, confident, and truly present on one of the biggest days of their lives.
A wedding day is full of emotion, connection, and fleeting moments that deserve to be remembered — and I haven’t found anything that fills my heart quite like capturing it all. This is truly my dream job, and I treat every wedding as a blessing, pouring my whole heart into documenting each love story with care, intention, and joy.

My approach
My approach, as a Minnesota wedding photographer, is centered around creating a wedding day experience that feels calm, connected, and joyful—while capturing your day as it naturally unfolds. My shooting style blends documentary storytelling with loose editorial guidance, resulting in images that feel intentional, romantic, and timeless.
On your wedding day, my goal is to be a non-disruptive presence for as much of the day as possible. With the exception of portraits, I take a fly-on-the-wall approach—anticipating moments before they happen, blending in with your guests, and documenting raw emotion, all without pulling you away from your celebration. You deserve to be fully present, and I’m there to capture it as it happens so your photos feel organic, effortless, and true to you.
Above all, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. I’ll guide you gently through portraits when needed so you always feel confident in front of the camera, while also creating space for laughter and genuine connection. The best photos happen when you forget the camera is there and simply live in the moment.

A business founded on faith
My motto is “Ad majorem Dei gloriam,” which means “For the greater glory of God.” This phrase serves as the foundation of my business and the way I approach every wedding day, session, and client relationship. I believe my purpose on this earth is to love and serve others, to lead with kindness, and to honor God in the way I treat people and the work I create.
I see photography as more than just capturing beautiful images — it’s a way to preserve the beauty of the Lord’s creation, the sacredness of love, and the meaning of commitment.
At the heart of my business is a simple mission: to serve people well, to create with integrity, and to use my gifts in a way that reflects grace, joy, and love.
About Me
I'm energetic, chatty, and have never met a stranger (at least that's what my mom would say). I've been married to the love of my life, Nathan, for over 3 years. He's my college sweetheart, my biggest supporter, and my second shooter for many of my weddings. We currently have one fur-baby, a rescue dog named Fajita, and she is the light of our life.
When I'm not photographing weddings, I enjoy partaking in a wide range of activities: country line dancing, reading fantasy novels, hiking, planning trips/ traveling abroad, thrifting, playing board games, attending adoration and Mass, spending time with friends and family, and (occasionally) I even find some time to paint.
